Frames That Make Her Smile: Once Upon a Charm Featured in Kirkland Lifestyle
Share
We're honored to be featured in Kirkland Lifestyle, where we had the opportunity to share the story behind Once Upon a Charm Eyewear, our mission to make glasses children love to wear, and the inspiration that started it all.
The article explores how the founder's daughter's journey with amblyopia led to the creation of eyewear designed specifically for children's face, combining thoughtful anatomical design with interchangeable charms that transform glasses into something children are excited to wear.
It also shines a light on an issue close to our hearts: raising awareness of children's vision. An estimated one in four children has a vision condition, yet many go undetected because routine school vision screenings often miss issues beyond distance visual acuity.
We're incredibly grateful to the Kirkland Lifestyle team for sharing our story.
You can read the full article in the August issue of Kirkland Lifestyle (starting on page 22).
