Every enchanted order deserves a smooth and magical journey. Here’s how your Once Upon a Charm treasures will travel to you:

Shipping Within the United States

We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50, because joy should never be weighed down by extra costs.

Orders under $50 will require a shipping fee that will be calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow its path.

Shipping to Canada

Oh hello, Canada!

I was born and raised in Toronto (Go Leafs!), so it brings me extra joy to send a little magic back to my home and native land.

All of our frames and charms are shipped with care from the US. and we proudly offer delivery across Canada. At checkout, you will see the estimated duties and import taxes so there are no surprises when your package arrives.  

Canadian import duty on our acetate frames and charms is a standard 2.5%.  No additional tariffs apply, regardless of recent US import changes. 

Shipping times and costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Shipping Internationally

At this time, we are focusing on the US and Canada.

But we are only at the beginning of, what we hope to be, a magical story and we expect to begin shipping internationally soon.  We have thoughtfully, and deliberately, designed our frames and charms to meet the safety and product compliance standards of the European Union and UK.  So, the hard part is done!  We'd love to get a sense of international interest so please feel free to drop us a note to onceuponacharmeyewear.com.
