Every pair of Once Upon a Charm frames is made with care, quality, and just a bit of sparkle. We want her frames to stand up to twirls, tumbles, and everyday adventures, so we offer a warranty to help protect her magical eyewear journey. 

Our Frames

What’s Covered: 

• Frame craftsmanship: If there’s a defect in the materials or workmanship of the frames, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost within 12 months of purchase. 
• Charm attachment system: Our patent-pending charm attachment system is covered against breakage or malfunction within the first 12 months of regular use. 

What’s Not Covered: 

• Scratches on lenses (even magical ones need care!) 
• Damage from accidents, rough play, chewing, or improper removal 
• Lost or stolen frames or charms 
• Normal wear and tear over time 

A Little Extra Magic: 

If something unexpected happens outside the warranty window, reach out to us anyway. We’ll always do our best to offer a solution, whether that’s a discounted replacement or a repair option. Because at Once Upon a Charm, your child’s comfort and confidence matter to us. 

 

Our Lenses

We stand behind our workmanship and guarantee our prescription lenses to be free of manufacturing defects and accurate to the supplied prescription.  In the rare instance that a problem arises with the prescription lenses, and it is found to be caused by our optical lab during production, we will happily remake the lenses free of charge.

However, if the issue is determined to be caused by the customer, or due to an inadequate acclimation period to a new prescription, it will not be covered under our lab's workmanship warranty.

Our lenses are crafted to the highest standards of optical clarity and precision, ensuring they meet your child's exact prescription requirements.

A Helpful Hint from Our Enchanted Garden: To fully acclimate to new prescription lenses, we recommend that your child wear them for at least 72 hours.  This period allows your child's eyes to adjust to the new lenses effectively.
